Here are my final environment renders. In the end I used Photoshop to combine my 3DS MAX model with my Crysis environment. I was able to implement my original idea almost exactly. The final habitat consists of a castle with courtyard, dining hall/loft and four towers on top of a sheer rocky outcrop. On a nearby outcrop is another, larger tower. The two areas are linked by a chain of floating platforms. The reasons I included these elements will be explained later in my 500 word text.
